This morning I opened Facebook as I do every morning.
Among the various notifications, one tugged at my heartstrings. Today would have been Diletta’s birthday: a friend, a woman who has suffered pain that for many of us would be insuperable boulders.
The last time I heard from her, I felt the desire to move on, to overcome without forgetting.
Perhaps, however, in the end, this friend’s soul was tired. But, unfortunately, you don’t get over the kind of tiredness by distracting yourself by forcing yourself to have fun.
So today, at least, everything stops in your memory.

Bye, Diletta.

Stamattina ho aperto Facebook come ogni mattina.

Ciao, Diletta.
